Look who has an advisory.
Same areas keep getting the rain. Their average is higher. Has to be some reason.

RD-Have you seen or heard of any flooding in your neighborhood or the Bethlehem area...like the colonial area behind Hotel Bethlehem?
We received a nice steady rain yesterday but never got out to see if the creek at the bottom of the hill was high or to see if "downtown" Clinton was flooding.

Did not check the creek. It's normally fine unless there is an unusually high amount of rain
